Ocean Freight:

We at PT Askarindo Kalpika Utama offer a wide range of ocean shipping and forwarding services including Project Services, FCL and LCL.
Having our own local transport group enables us to control the punctual pick up and or delivery of containers and cargo to our clients premises. Whilst our EDI system with customs, may do pre-clearance of goods.

Less - critical documents move through the banking channels as we have our own house B/L. Therefore, the actual customs clearance documents and the ocean Bill of Lading may be dispatched for customs declaration immediately.

We also negotiate with major shipping lines on behalf of our clients to provide very competitive rates on most services. Concentrating the bulk of freight tonnage globally and making service contracts enables us to do so.

Air Freight:
Airfreight plays a very important role in international trade. The industry has become more sophisticated and challenging over the recent years. The industry has an accredited intermediary, known as IATA. PT Askarindo Kalpika Utama has close contacts to companies who are an approved member of IATA.

Over the years the total volume of export and import airfreight has grown PT Askarindo Kalpika Utama offers a wide range of services for Air Freight at competitive prices.

EXPORT CLEARANCE COMPLIANCE


Customs declaration of export goods through EDI system.
To be eligible for export EDI customs declaration, company doing export must have MOU with Indonesia Customs.
Export cargo may be assigned by customs to either GREEN or RED Lane.

PEB (EXPORT DECLARATION FORM)
Original Invoice
Original Packing List
Related Certificate for certain items
Relevant and valid permits for controlled items

As per Indonesia Customs EDI Export systems, which may call for the pre-inspection of export goods if Customs EDI response effects RED LANE, therefore, Export Declaration Form should therefore be submitted to Customs EDI two days in advance.

IMPORT CLEARANCE COMPLIANCE


Customs declaration of import goods through EDI system.
To be eligible for import EDI customs declaration, company doing import must have MOU with Indonesia Customs.
Importer must be a registered company with a valid import license.
Import cargo may be assigned by customs to either GREEN or RED Lane.

Bill of Lading
Original Invoice
Original Packing List
Import License
Copy of Importer’s VAT form
Paid duties and tax form
Insurance
Power of Attorney
Related Certificate for certain items
Relevant and valid permits for controlled items

It is advisable to have complete set of import documents at least 2 days before the arrival of vessel to enable correction of documents.
