The Applied Chemical Industry Academy of Mengzhou City, of which Mengzhou Tailijie Co., Ltd. Grew out, was established under the jurisdiction of the Committee of Science and Technology of Mengzhou City in 1995. The company was formally renamed Mengzhou Tailijie Co., Ltd.

Changping-Luoyang highway, Xinxiang-Mengzhou highway, 207 national highway, Jiaozuo-Zhengzhou expressway, Xining-Lianyungang expressway, Beijing-Shenzhen expressway, Taiyuan-Macao expressway cross each other and pass through Mengzhou respectively. It is It is a kind of special healthy food and raw material, which has such special properties like low quantity of heat, low fat, low cholesterol and low sodium, and has marked health care functions in the fields of adjusting the metabolism of fat, lowering the cholesterol, reducing the absorption volume of glucose, preventing and curing constipation, discharging the toxins and nourishing skins etc. It has obtained many titles such as Provincial Scientific and Technical Accomplishment, Provincial New Hi-tech Product, Special Nutritional Foodstuff and Popularized Product by China's Health Project in the New Century, and has been listed in the provincial and national Torch Plan.

The product of polydextrose (soluble dietary fibre), a kind of natural and quality of soluble dietary fibre, which content exceeds 93 percent, is produced by adopting hi-tech method to polymerize and purify maize fibre , glucose taking orally, sorbic, citric acid and many other natural materials according to the Index of World Grain and Oil Health Organization(FAO/WHO) by Tailijie Company.
