First established in the year of 1999, Deill now has developed into a leader of composite hose manufacturing and exporting from a small factory. In recent years our staff has reached the number of 200 with the professional person and technician of 50. Due to the professional manufacture and production our composite hoses now have exported into over 45 countries including America, England, Russia, and Germany.
Our composite hoses are available in many types and can be used in applications of chemical industry, petroleum conveying, transferring cryogenic Ammonia, LPG and LNG, vapor recovery, high temperature material handling service, and aviation service. The composite hose catalog: petroleum composite hose, chemical composite hose, vapor recovery hose, aviation hose, cryogenic composite hose, biodiesel hose, bottom loading hose and others.
Compared to metal and rubber hose our composite hose has advantages in the following: First it is lightweight and undaunted by repeated setbacks. Its construction is multi-layer so there is no special damage on the surface. It’s flexible in very low temperature and even more extreme cryogenic environment and customers can use in a very long time without needing repairing and changing. In addition, it’s flexible for easy handling.
Composite hose can withstand in the working temperature of -20°C to +80°C. The lengths are different because of a variety of sizes. According to customers’ requirements it can be accorded with cam and groove couplings, floating and reducing flanges and seals.
