China Longbird Group is specialized in coated aluminum foils, which is the surface material of aluminium plastic composite panel, and is now very popular in construction & decoration. We have 22 color coated aluminum roll production lines, 19 lines for PE coated aluminum foil, and 3 for PVDF. With the automated production lines, we could provide you with the width up to 1600mm and 0.026mm to 0.6mm thickness. Meanwhile, we also focus on management and products' quality, our QC teams test paint thickness with machines and make sure the smooth and uniform color dispersion. We guarantee the colorfastness (for PVDF) up to 20 years preventing the dust and other particles to cling to the smoother surface. Pls note our products' specifications & applications as follows:
