We are pleased to introduce our group company to you as one of our weaving factories specializes in the production of all types of high quality denim fabrics. Having received a license permitting us to independently conduct import and export trade, we are experiencing annual sales turnovers worth in excess of USD50, 000,000.
With workshops covering an area of 78,000 square meters, our factory is equipped with advanced production facilities. These include wit_16-dip sizing-dyeing machines with double slash boxes and electrical yarn clearing units from Italy, in addition to 102 sets of 'Picarno' brand GTM-AS air jets and 56 sets of 'Picarno' GTX spinning machines; both from Belgium. Moreover, we also have 35 sets of KT566 high-speed spinning machines and P7100 high-speed shuttless machines from Switzerland and 72 sets of KT368 spinning machines.
Utilizing the abovementioned equipments, we have built up well-developed capabilities for printing, weaving and finishing of textiles. In fact, monthly output of denim fabrics now stands at 2,600,000 meters.
Producing numerous items, our best-selling series now include denim in 100% cotton, cotton-poly, linen-cotton, blended chemical fiber, stretch, slub, crosshatch, stripe, two color variations. Available in weights ranging from 6oz. to 14.5oz., 90% of our products are being exported to clients in the European, South America, Turkey, India and Japanese markets.
