COMPANY INTRODUCTIONS:

We are manufactures and supplier of surgical and dental instruments, and are successfully running our second-generation family business with an exporting history of almost twenty-five years

Our beloved father initiated the business in 1971, and started to work as a vendor for other exporters in the region. Within the next few years we took a step forward, and started to supply our instruments by ourselves in the local market. As our expertise enhanced and our market understanding refined more, we ultimately entered in the international market almost in 1992 with our quality products and now enjoying a very good fame all over the world.

We are involved in the manufacturing of Top Quality Surgical, Dental, Eye Instruments and all kind of scissor are exporting to our prestigious customers throughout the world since many years. We manufacture instruments in a highly Quality Control Environment and use modern machines under the supervision of highly qualified professionals. We also have a fully equipped and furnished a Lab. for raw material testing to control the quality of instruments at each and every step.



Stainless Steel ;
We are using quality stainless steel grades as AISI-410,420, 440, 440c, 300, 304,316,316L for producing our high quality products.

Note:

We use three classifications of Stainless Steels: Austenitic, Ferritic and Martensitic



Martensitic Steels: are low carbon steels built around the Type 410 composition of iron, 12% chromium, and 0.12% carbon. They may be tempered and hardened.

Austenitic Steels: Type 304 surgical stainless steel is austenitic steel containing 18-20% chromium and 8-10% nickel.
