Changzhou YuanDong plastic machinery CO., LTD is a high-tech enterprise that gathering scientific research, development, manufacture and service. Our company was established in 1987, located in NO.61 Shui Shan Road, ZhongLou Development Zone, Changzhou, Jiangsu. We are professional manufacturer of polyester strap (PET STRAP) and assembled plastic pallet (large twin-sheet thermoformed pallet). The land area and building area is 20000m2 and 15800m2 respectively. Since foundation, adhering to the management and technology development strategy for the wings, we have established an effective management mechanism, and innovative mechanisms, employment mechanism and incentive mechanism, with overall organization of the implementation of 5S management.
From our establishment, based on a good management, we have attained many successes. We have passed ISO9001 in 2003 and ISO14001 in 2008. We have passed the Environmental Protection Agency by the Changzhou City, Changzhou Economic and Trade Commission reviewed the clean production in 2007 Our company was awarded Jiangsu high-tech enterprise, Jiangsu private scientific and technological enterprises, and grade AAA credit enterprise successively for years. And high-tech products "Twin-Sheet Thermoformed Pallet" was approved by national torch plan. Products with "YuanDong" brand registered by YuanDong Company are famous products in Changzhou, and this brand is Changzhou well-known trademark.
YuanDong mainly produces two kinds of plastic packing products:
1. Polyester strap for package: in 1996, our company took the lead in starting to research and develop this product. Now we have seven advanced level production lines, and the yearly output of high-quality PET STRAP approximates to 5,000 tons. The strap we produced possesses good rigidity, stronger breaking strength, low elongation, economy, safe and reliability as the best choice to replace steel. In the international market the polyester strap is widely used for packing of cotton, fibre, can, paper making, steels, electronic, chemical, machinery, wood and food etc. Our company is a drafter of the national standard "packaging polyester strapping", and the Standard Number is GB/T22344-2008 that went into effect on February 1, 2009, guiding the industry in the healthy and orderly progress. Our company has strong technical force developed a special specification for the user, with multiple uses of PET packaging.
2. Assembled plastic pallet: in 2005, this product of our company originated in China, replaced the import products, and filled up the gap in the country. In the international market, assembled plastic pallet is widely used for spare parts, national defense, fibre, food, machinery, electric, postal, chemical, Medical etc. It accords with the "Recycling Economy Law" and "Logistics Adjusting and Revitalization Plan" that our country issued, and conforms to development direction of green package. The national standard of “Assembled plastic pallet” drawn by our company has been issued in 2010.
Our products mainly sell to BEIJING, SHANDONG, NEIMENG, XINJIANG, SHANXI, SHANGHAI, JIANGSU, ANHUI, GUANGDONG, SICHUAN, etc. and export to USA, EUROPE, Middle East, Asia, etc. Our products gained high praise from our customers.
