Gunite hose is widely used in concrete construction industry, such as concrete repair, mining reinforcement, swimming pool construction, ground stabilization and decorative concrete. Gunite hose is used to convey dry sand and cement to the gunite nozzle by means of compressed air. And water is added to the material by the gunite nozzle before the material is sprayed on the construction surface. Then it forms concrete. Gunite hose is composed of three parts: tube, reinforcement and cover. Tube is made from high quality NR synthetic rubber, which makes gunite hose stand up to the highly abrasive dry sand cement. Reinforcement is made from two layers of high tensile steel wires or high quality polyester cord. Cover is made from NR synthetic rubber, making the hose resistant to weather, ozone, corrosion, cutting and abrasion.
The PVC film is coated on gunite hose, and it is used to protect the hose cover from damages caused by sunlight and abrasion. And protective spring is installed on the gunite hose, and it is used to control the hose bend radius. The PVC films and protective springs can be manufactured according to customers' requirements.
