Technical introduction:
Vacuum coater for anti-glare rear-view mirror coating based on the anti-glare deposition technology applicable to coat non-reflective transparent film on glass, available to inhibit up to 99% of the light reflection. The rear-view mirror coated by our professional vacuum coater can achieve immediate anti-glare function after a car starts with performance of automatic detection of ambient light. As per the light intensity identified, rear-view mirror can adjust by itself the anti-glare rate. When the ambient light is lower than the set value and the rear light intensity is higher than the set value, the rearview mirror automatically starts to change the color immediately from the total reflection state into a dark green anti-glare state. In this case light going through the mirror reflex is no longer dazzling with the electrochromic effect.
