Vitrified bond porous grinding wheels have different structure, but they have the same materials, size and hardness as well as the commom grinding wheels. Because the structure of porous grinding wheels is loose, the size of pore is bigger than that of abrasive mesh number.

1. The wheels can't be clocked up when they are grinding. They are special for grinding rubber and soft nanferrous metal.
2. The wheels are special for grinding thermo sensitivity materials(magnetic steel, wolfram and silver etc. ) and sheet, and easy deformation workpieces.
3. The wheels are lighter than commom vitrified bond wheels. They drain low motive power and fast heat radiation when grinding. The structure number can change between F10-F40. The size of pore also can change between 0.25-0.15mm or bigger scope.
