Our sandblast hose is developed by the technical department of our company together with the experts of national hose tap research center. Sandblast hose is mainly used to convey highly abrasive materials, such as sand, sediment, cement powder, cement concrete, carbon powder and mineral powder. It is widely used in various tunnel projects, such as well lane, cavern and slope spray anchor. It is also used in ship building, hydropower, mining industry and military defense. Sandblast hose is composed of three parts: tube, reinforcement and cover. Tube is made from the mixture of polyurethane and butyl rubber. And special reinforcing agent is added into the mixture. The finished tube is yellow transparent or black. The special material makes tube highly resistant to abrasion and high pressure. What's more, the tube has excellent tenacity. The abrasion resistance index of our sandblast hose is 2-3 times of usual sandblast hoses. The reinforcement is made from multiple layers of braided steel wires or high quality rubber cloth, making sandblast hose have excellent flexibility and resistant to high pressure. Cover is made from natural rubber or neoprene, making sandblast hose resistant to abrasion, corrosion, weather, ozone and aging.

Structure: it is composed of three parts: tube, reinforcement and cover.
Tube: the mixture of polyurethane and butyl rubber, adding special reinforcing agent, making the hose highly resistant to abrasion.
Reinforcement: multiple layers of high tensile braided steel wires or rubber cloth, making the hose have solid structure and resistant to high pressure.
Cover: natural rubber or neoprene, making the hose resistant to abrasion, corrosion, weather, ozone and aging.
Working temperature: -25 °F to +180 °F.
Working pressure: 10 bar (150 psi).
