- Description: Young Coconut Water Concentrate is 100% natural or chemical free, with 70 brix and has medium viscosity. It has exotic and authentic coco-fruity sweetness with orange to slight brown color.

. pH: 4.8 - 5.2
. Shelf Life: 24 months from production date
. Storage: To be stored below 180C

Step 3: pasteurize them
Step 4: put them into juice blending tank
Step 5: homogenize
Step 6: rinse, fill, cap on line
Step 7: Seal induction foil
Step 8: shrink label machine
