2015-2016 Summary and Plan&Commendation Meeting of Xinji Huazhan was held in Guangdong Xinji Huazhan Exhibition Co., Ltd on February 26th. The meeting centered in “Go all out to be win-win and developmental” , summarized the going of 2015, made detailed plans for 2016 and commended the staff who performed outstandingly in 2015.
The meeting started with the song A Hero Never Dies. At first, Chen Wenjie, Deputy General Manager of Xinji Huazhan Co., Ltd made an opening speech in the meeting. He summarized and analyzed the total situation of Sales Department of last year and made business plans for 2016. Then, presided by Wei Lihua, Director of Marketing Department and Zhang Wenfeng, Project Manager of Sales Department, all the staff of every department actively reported their summary of 2015 and plan for 2016. They confirmed their total plan and key task, and took quantitative criteria as their working index. Owing to last year’s favorable achievement, most of them were confident to their job in the future. They increased their working index basing on last year and were ready to make breakthrough in 2016.
After that, “Excellent Director” and “Excellent Staff” were elected by the present staff. After the fair and open vote, 5 directors from different departments was elected “Excellent Director”and 10 staff were elected “Excellent Staff”.
Later, Wang Zhifa, General Manager of Xinji Huazhan Co., Ltd made a conclusive speech. He indicated that 2016 is the 2nd year since integration, which is also an significant year for the 14th China (Guangdong) International Hospitality Supplies Fair. All the staff should take lessons and summarize experiences from last year and try to innovate. In addition, combining with his own experience, Mr. Wang encourage the staff to cherish their belief and advance bravely. They should go all out to move forward so as to boost the development of the fair and the industry.
