1. DESCRIPTION: acetylated adipate Distarch associated information via ether chemical processes to create sustainable links, this is the type of modified starch twice, at the same time it expresses the characteristics and functions acetylated starch and crosslinked starch. Distarch acetylated adipate create exceptional stability of the freeze - thaw, better transparency and high heat resistance, increases durability in acids and strong when shaken.
2. PROPERTIES AND APPLICATIONS: Able to withstand high temperatures, stable in acid environment and strong when shaken. Increase water holding capacity, improving stability during freeze - thaw. Lower the freezing temperature of the starch glue. Prevent the lower foaming, increased anti-freeze and water leakage phenomenon. Increased reliability and improves the transparency of the product surface. Add more power to the soft powder which when cooked dough would be more comparable. Applications in products: chili sauce, tomato sauce, fruit jam
